Exchange Window
  • Exchange requests can only be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests made after 10 days will not be accepted, except under special approval with a restocking fee (see below).

  • No exchanges will be allowed after 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product shipped (design, size, or color mismatch).

  • Defective or damaged product received (manufacturing defect or transit damage).

  • Significant deviation in product quality from the description.

Non-Eligible Exchanges

  • Products sold to end customers.

  • Products that are washed, worn, altered, or used.

  • Minor variations in color/embroidery/print due to the nature of fabric or handwork.

  • Exchanges due to unsold inventory or change of mind.

Exchange Procedure

  • Customer must inform us within the applicable window (10 days or extended up to 30 days with fees) via email/WhatsApp with clear images of the product issue.

  • All shipments for exchange must be arranged and paid by the customer.

  • Products must be sent back in original condition and packaging for approval.

Replacement & Credit

  • Replacements will be sent after product inspection and confirmation of approval.

  • Credit, if applicable instead of exchange, will be processed as store credit within 7 working days

  • If goods fail to meet eligibility, they will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

Special Restocking Fee (For Exchanges After 10 Days)

  • For customers outside the state, exchange requests made after 10 days and up to 30 days will attract a restocking fee of 10% of Product value.

  • This fee will be payable or deducted before fresh dispatch.

  • No exchanges accepted beyond 30 days in any case.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Transportation & Delivery Policy

We are committed to ensuring smooth dispatch of all orders while clarifying roles and responsibilities regarding transportation. This policy applies uniformly across all customers nationwide.

Role in Transportation

  • We only facilitate the booking of goods transportation (via courier or transport companies) on the customer’s behalf.

  • The actual carriage of goods is a separate contract between the customer and the courier/transport partner.

  • Once goods are handed over to the courier/transport service, our responsibility ends.

Risk & Liability

  • All risks related to transit, including delay, damage, loss, theft, or mishandling, lie entirely with the customer.

  • We are not liable for any claim, compensation, or loss arising during transportation.

  • Customers may choose their preferred transport partner or use our facilitated booking option at their own discretion and risk.

Proof of Dispatch

  • We provide the LR (Lorry Receipt) / courier docket number to the customer after dispatch.

  • The LR/courier receipt confirms handover of goods to the transport partner and serves as official proof of dispatch.

Claims & Settlements

  • Any claims for damage, loss, or delay must be taken up directly by the customer with the courier/transport company or booking agent.

  • We may assist in providing copies of booking documents if required for customers to pursue claims.
